The Angkan Life Emergency Rescue Team (ALERT) 5000, Inc was conceived on June 1992.  The TEAM is a locally based non-stock and non-profit organization SEC registered with Reg. No. ANO 93-0044902 composing of blood-related members who are inspired of personal commitment and dedication to help relatives, friends and others during emergencies.
